Ms. Guadalupe Cardona
Ms. Guadalupe Cardona is an 18 year Ethnic Studies, English & Social Studies educator and proud wife/mother. As a teacher she is dedicated to developing critical curriculum and facilitating a student-centered classroom environment based on mutual respect, critical thinking, and collaboration. She accomplishes this by fusing her classroom instruction with indigenous knowledge and epistemology. Lupe is currently the chair of A.R.E. Los Angeles and a coordinating member of the Ethnic Studies Now Coalition. As a scholar she holds degrees from UCLA, ASU and Fresno State.
